What does “Appointment Preferred” mean?
Appointments are preferred for those looking to try on bridal, bridesmaid & mother of occasion dresses as well as bridal accessories. An appointment will ensure that you have a fitting room as well as a bridal stylist to assist you. Scheduled appointments will always be serviced before walk-ins, please email email@example.com or call 920-725-9291 to schedule an appointment.
What are your price ranges?
Bridal Collection $1000 – $3500
Bridesmaid/Occasion Collections $150 – $450
Does it matter how many people I bring with me?
Bridal Appointments: We have a seating area in the bridal suite that will seat four people comfortably. In order to make the gown/dress shopping process enjoyable & less stressful, you may want to take seating into consideration for your guests. Also, we do not advise bringing young children with you to the appointment. As much as you would like them to be a part of the excitement, it gets boring for them quite quickly.
Bridesmaid Appointments: We have plenty of seating in the main area of the shop. If your bridal party is large (over 5 ladies), please be sure to mention this to the store associate when booking your appointment. We will make sure to reserve two dressing rooms for you, in order to accommodate everyone.
When should I order my dress?
Most brides order their bridal gown 9-12 months out in order to ensure a relaxing process prior to the big day. Most bridesmaid groups order their dresses 6-8 months out, again, in order to ensure a relaxing process. Delivery times for bridesmaid dresses are typically 12-18 weeks, and bridal gowns are typically 4-6 months. Rush options are sometimes available for an additional charge.
Do I need to bring anything with me?
During the dress shopping process, you may want to bring along any undergarments that you require (strapless bra, spanx, etc.). Additionally, you may want to bring any pictures of gowns for inspiration of what you might be looking for.
My bridesmaids are all over the country, can we still order from you?
YES! It is best to order all bridesmaid dresses from the same location to guarantee matching dye lots & to take advantage of designer quantity discounts. All we need is bust, waist & hip measurements to determine what size to order. We offer complimentary shipping to any girls living outside of the Fox Cities area (Green Bay to Fond du Lac corridor).
What about dress fittings/measurements?
Appointments are preferred for dress ordering/fittings. Fittings/measurements are complimentary when ordering your dress at Erika’s Bridal Couture. If you will not be ordering a dress/gown at the time of your fitting, a $10 fitting fee will be charged.
Do you have an In-House Seamstress?
Alterations from Cindy, our Master Seamstress, are available at Erika’s Bridal Couture for an additional charge. For more information about her services, please click here.
Can I cancel an order or return a dress?
All sales are final. As all dresses are made-to-order, there are no cancels, returns, or exchanges.
What is a trunk show?
Erika’s Bridal Couture carries an edited selection of each designer’s collection. During trunk shows, we have a larger selection of dresses in store from a specific designer and typically offer a designer discount for gown orders placed during the show. The trunk show usually takes place during the weekend, and spots fill up quickly. We recommend reserving a spot early for our trunk shows.
Do you offer tuxedo rentals?
We do not offer tuxedo rentals through the shop; however, we do have some options in the area.
