Background: Katie is an Appleton, WI native who graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Madison with a Masters in Accountancy. As a CPA, she spent the last five years in Phoenix, AZ working in public accounting and treasury roles. Following a move back to Wisconsin with her husband, Katie made a career change to pursue her passions of wedding gowns and small business. She knew Erika’s had access to amazing bridal lines, and shadowed the previous owner for about six months before purchasing the shop in March 2013.
Fun Fact: Erika’s Bridal was where Katie purchased her wedding dress back in 2009!
Background: Katie joined Erika’s Bridal Couture in June 2014. Prior to this, she worked for a wedding/event planner in the area. She has an interior design background, and an amazing eye for fashion. In addition to styling, Katie assists with the store visual displays.
Fun Fact: Katie wore an Enzoani wedding dress for her wedding in 2012!
Background: Paige joined Erika’s Bridal Couture in February 2015. In addition to working as a bridal consultant, she also works as a consultant for a florist in the Neenah area. Paige has a love for everything bridal, and has a keen fashion sense. In addition to styling brides, Paige assists with the store visual displays.
Fun Fact: Paige will be wearing an Enzoani Gown at her upcoming wedding next Spring!
Background: Morgan joined Erika’s Bridal Couture in April 2015. Prior to this, she modeled for Erika’s at wedding shows and media functions. Although she is an Education major, she did spend one semester as an apparel design student at UW-Stout. Morgan has an amazing eye for fashion, and loves working with our customers piecing together bridal party looks!
Fun Fact: Morgan apparently has always had a love for bridal gowns since she was little! She was a bride for Halloween in first grade 🙂
Background: Danielle joined Erika’s Bridal Couture in August 2015. Prior to this, Danielle gained plenty of experience helping brides at a bridal salon in Madison, WI. Although she is majoring in counseling, she thoroughly enjoys working in the bridal world and helping brides with their dress shopping!
Fun Fact: Danielle also has had a love for bridal gowns since she was young! She used to create gowns out of tissue for her Barbie dolls 🙂
Cindy, Master Seamstress
Background: Cindy has a degree from UW-Stout in Clothing, Textiles, and Design, but her passion remains in bridal sewing. She has over 30 years experience in bridal alterations, working at various bridal salons before creating her own business, Altered Apparel. Cindy now contracts her business, Altered Apparel, through Erika’s Bridal, and performs in-house alterations on all of the gowns.
Fun Fact: Cindy worked under the original owner Erika Meyer! We are very lucky to have her back!
